The first three tracks below were recorded live in concert at the Grandmothers for Grandmothers Annual Benefit Gala for the Stephen Lewis Foundation in Regina, Saskatchewan, May 2014. Let Go and Love Completely was recorded live at my benefit concert for the Stephen Lewis Foundation sponsored by the Port Albernit Grandmother's for Grandmother's, held at Char's Landing in Port Alberni, British Columbia, October 2014.
The one cover tune I have included is a song by the group Trinity Roots from Wellington, New Zealand. I was performing in Wellington when I was introduced to the song by someone who knew the band personally. I loved it the first time I heard it, and hope to include my cover of it on my next album if possible.
